Please read these terms carefully before engaging in business with Suzhou Suma Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. These terms govern the sale and supply of our medical equipment and furniture solutions.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, or placing an order with Suzhou Suma Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. ("Suma Medical", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all transactions involving our medical devices, hospital furniture, and related services provided to hospitals, clinics, distributors, and other entities ("Client" or "Buyer").
Products and Scope of Supply
Suma Medical specializes in the export of medical equipment and hospital furniture. Our product range includes, but is not limited to:
- Medical Imaging: DR, CT Scanners, Mammography units.
- OR Equipment: Operation tables, Surgical lights.
- Hospital Furniture: Patient beds, medical trolleys, cabinets.
- Turnkey Solutions: One-stop hospital packaging services.
Note: Product specifications are subject to change for improvement. The final specifications will be confirmed in the Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract.
Orders and Payment Terms
3.1 Quotations: All price quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are typically quoted in USD on an EXW, FOB, or CIF basis as per Incoterms 2020.
3.2 Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed only upon the Buyer's signature of the Proforma Invoice and receipt of the agreed deposit.
3.3 Payment: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are typically T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). We may require a deposit before production and the balance before shipment.
Shipping, Delivery, and Import Duties
We ship worldwide to hospitals and distributors. While we assist with logistics documentation, the following terms apply:
- Lead Time: Estimated lead times are provided at the time of order. Suma Medical is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, shipping carriers, or customs clearance processes.
- Customs Clearance: The Buyer is responsible for obtaining necessary import licenses and handling customs clearance in the destination country.
- Duties & Taxes: All import duties, taxes, and local charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Warranty and Quality Assurance
We stand behind the quality of our medical equipment.
Standard Warranty Policy
Most main units carry a warranty period of 12 to 24 months from the date of shipment, depending on the specific product category. Accessories and consumables may have different warranty terms.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized repair, or accidents. In case of a defect, we will provide spare parts or repair services as per the specific warranty agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Suma Medical shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim. All medical equipment should be operated by qualified professionals in accordance with the user manual.
